How we run Google Ads differently

Revenue math before keywords

We start from your average customer value and close rate, and work backwards to the maximum profitable cost per lead. Every bidding decision afterwards answers to that number — not to Google's recommendations tab.

Intent-tiered structure

Keywords are segmented by buying intent — "near me" and service keywords get their own campaigns and budgets, separated from research-stage terms. High intent never competes with low intent for budget.

How much does Google Ads management cost in Malaysia?
Our management fee starts from RM2,000/month on the Essential plan, separate from your ad spend, which goes directly to Google. Growth Partner is RM3,000/month and Full Growth System is RM4,500/month. Your ad budget depends on your market and goals — we recommend a starting range during your strategy session.
How much should I budget for the ads themselves?
Most of our SME clients start between RM3,000 and RM15,000 a month in ad spend. The right number depends on your average customer value, your service area and how competitive your keywords are — we model this with you before anything goes live.
How fast will I see results?
Campaigns go live within the first two weeks. Expect the first meaningful signal — real leads at a measurable cost — within 30 days, and a stabilised cost per lead by the end of the first 90-day optimisation cycle. Anyone promising page-one results in week one is selling you clicks, not customers.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No lock-in beyond the initial 90-day cycle. Ninety days is the minimum honest window to build, test and stabilise an account; after that we earn the retainer month by month. You own the ad account and all data from day one.
Why not just run Google Ads in-house?
You can — Google makes it easy to spend and hard to spend well. In-house teams typically lose money on broad-match waste, poor conversion tracking and landing pages that leak. If you have a dedicated, trained media buyer, keep them; if Google Ads is a side task for someone, it will underperform a managed account.
