How do engagements work?
Three shapes: a fixed-fee Strategy Sprint (a scoped diagnosis or plan), a fixed-price Build Project (quoted before work starts), or a Growth Partnership retainer at RM2,000, RM3,000 or RM4,500 a month. Most clients start with a sprint — evidence before commitment.
Is there a minimum budget?
Retainers start at RM2,000/month; sprints and builds are quoted per scope. For paid advertising, plan media spend on top — enough for platforms to learn, which we’ll size honestly on the first call rather than quote a fantasy number.
Do we have to buy the whole system?
